IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE from Plug & Play

Hey everyone! With our new website officially live, we are upgrading our booking system to make things smoother, faster, and fairer for all artists. Please take note of the following changes, effective immediately:

NO MORE CALL/WHATSAPP BOOKINGS: We will no longer be taking slot reservations via phone calls or WhatsApp messages. All bookings must now be made exclusively through our website.

SUPPORT IS STILL HERE: Our phone and WhatsApp lines aren’t going anywhere! They are still fully open, but they will now be dedicated strictly to customer support, gear queries, and general studio assistance.

NEW PAYMENT POLICY: To successfully confirm your slot, a deposit of 50% or the full amount is now required. Please note: All payments must be made exclusively through our website at https://plugplay.in.

We will no longer be taking direct manual transfers for slot confirmations. This helps us secure your booking instantly, eliminate no-shows, and keep the schedule fair for all bands.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: PARTIAL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
The cancellation and refund rules outlined below apply ONLY to bookings made with FULL PAYMENT. If you secured your studio slot using a partial deposit, please note that all partial deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

For bookings paid in full, our cancellation and refund tiers are structured as follows to ensure fairness to all bands and artists:
7 Days or More Notice: Full Refund (0% Deduction)
5 to 6 Days Notice: 10% Deduction from the paid amount
3 to 4 Days Notice: 25% Deduction from the paid amount
1 to 2 Days Notice: 50% Deduction from the paid amount
Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Strictly Non-refundable
All eligible refunds for full payments will be initiated automatically upon cancellation. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for the funds to reflect in your bank account.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change the date or time of your jam session rather than cancelling outright, please follow our rescheduling guidelines:
Allowed Timeframe: You can successfully reschedule your booking without any penalty up to 3 days (72 hours) before your original scheduled date and time.

Late Rescheduling:

Reschedule requests made less than 3 days before your scheduled slot are not permitted by the system. In these cases, you will need to cancel your existing booking (which will be subject to the cancellation deduction rules above) and book a completely new slot.
